أجرى فريق القرن الآسيوي تمارينه صباح اليوم حيث بدأت التمارين في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحـا والتي استهلت باجتماع من قبل المدرب جيريتس باللاعبين ليقوم بعدها اللاعبين بالدوران حول الملعب لفترة وجيزة ثم قام المدرب بتقسيم اللاعبين إلى مجموعتين المجموعة الأساسية التي شاركت بمباراة الأهلي قامت بتمارين استرجاعية بعدها قاموا بالدوران حول الملعب لمدة عشر دقايق قبل الانتقال للنادي الصحي الذي اكملوا فيه التمارين.

بينما واصل بقية اللاعبين بتطبيق بعض الخطط التكتيكية تلاها مناورة على ثلث الملعب ليختتم بعدها التمرين بالدوران حول الملعب.

فيما تواجد طوال فترة التمرين كل من : ماجد المرشدي وكريستان ويليهامسون وخالد عزيز في النادي الصحي.

يلتقي عصر الغد وعلى ملعب الأمير سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بنادي الهلال فريقا شباب الهلال وشباب الشباب ضمن بطولة كأس الإتحاد.
